RESIST

Our news, politics, social media and culture have been saturated with bigotry, xenophobia, misogyny and anti-science over the last few years. The loudest voices, more often than not coming from the extreme right, have been promoting hatred against women, people of colour, the LGBTQ community and other marginalized demographics. In addition to endorsing hate, they push antiscientific misinformation that causes catastrophic damage to our land, our oceans, our drinking water and our atmosphere, all while putting human and animal life at an extreme risk.

I want to live in a world that is non-discriminatory and progressive. I stand behind the scientific method and against hate in all its forms.
